Private cinema studio guest house with garden

Pros: Its a lovely sized well equipped place and the garden was a treat to have. So many birds around it was lovely. Very close to friern manor where I was at a wedding. And a parking spot. A great stay.

Pros: The space was huge and the cinema was pretty cool. There were lists explaining a basic working and the extra added bonus of a fan was gratefully received due to the weather. Jay was incredibly friendly and greeted me at the gate to show me around the place. There were other guest houses but it was all very private and quiet.

Cons: The WiFi for my phone was abit hit and miss but worked with the Amazon stick and I wasn’t surprised as it’s in the countryside.

Pros: Really easy handover of the keys, met us at the gate, we were slightly earlier than I expected but very accommodating and got us in the house so we could get changed and head to a wedding just up the road. Pictures match the property exactly!

Pros: The property was perfect for our 2 night stay for a wedding in the local area. Spotlessly clean, everything you could need and very comfortable. A beautiful property, safe and secure property, we would highly recommend it!

Pros: Everything!! Fr9m the electric gate on entry, the garden (very cute) the projector screen was absolutely great. The host put some music on for us too The shower was lovely. Kitchen was a great size. The bed was really comfy and everything felt new . There's even USB charging ports, coffee, tea, candles

Cons: There was nothing not to like at all If I could suggest a hot tub I think they could definitely charge a lot more and it would b the most perfect place . I'd be here every few weeks.

Perfect for purpose

Pros: An absolute gem for our stay. Spacious and fully equipped, private garden with birdsong for morning coffee and an easy 10 min commute to Brentwood for business and London an easy 40 min on Elizabeth line. Our host Jay was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. On site parking an added bonus and in all we had a fantastic stay. I will definitely be back.

Pros: Nice cosy place to stay, great facilities loved the extra large projector screen has all channels easy to use with a nice sound system. Own personal garden space lovely peaceful area. Friendly welcome. Thankyou i would definitely stay again :)

Pros: Absolutely great and served my needs perfectly, jay and Derek couldn't do more for me, everything about my stay was good and exactly as promised.
