Signet Apartments - Ceres

Pros: Great communication with the owner. He even picked me up from the station. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

Perfect for our two night stay.

Pros: Spacious, well appointed clean and in a good location for city particularly given that parking also provided.

Cons: Good sized kitchen with the appliances needed to cook but only one very small frying pan and one tiny pan provided. Not an issue for us on a two night stay but may be for others.

Great location. Close to station and local shops. Good size apartment. Would recommend

Pros: Very close to the rail station and to many bus stops. Lots of restaurants within a walking distance. A nice bakery, Gail’s, nearby. The complimentary set of L’Occitane hair and body lotions

Cons: A dishtowel and a sponge would be helpful and also a roll of paper towel.

Nice and spacious apartment for a family

Pros: Excellent customer service and communication by the host. Perfect location near the train station (don't worry you won't hear the trains at all) with different supermarkets, loads of cafes and take-aways nearby. The apartment is super spacious, with a very nice living room & dining area, facing at the small park amongst the buildings. It is fully fitted with all kitchenware, dishwasher, washing machine with tea, coffee, washing tablets etc provided. The city centre is about 15-20 minutes walk, or you can take one of the few buses (1, 3, 7, X3) from the station. Booking the underground parking with the host is highly recommended if you are arriving by car. Very comfortable stay for a family of 4.

Cons: The only downside is the high temperature. With all the heating turned off it was permanently about 24-26 degrees, so we had to keep the windows / balcony door open all the time. (end of March)

Very close to the station and clean!

Pros: Close to the station and very clean. There was a person introducing how to enter, use of Wifi, etc.

Cons: The garbage can under the sink was not cleaned. There was garbage from previous use. But there is another clean bin in the kitchen so no issues.

Perfect for a family

Pros: The location is very convenient, near the train and bus stations. The apartment is very clean and has excellent facilities. Everything we needed was provided.

Comfort like in a five star hotel.

Pros: Excellent apartment. Clean, very well equipped with all necessary devices and furnishings. Welcome package was a nice surprise. Surely will stay during next visit.

Fantastic stay just 15mins walk from the city centre

Pros: The llocation, convinient for everywhere . Plenty of places to eat and supermarkets. Aedenbrooks is a 25 mins walk away. Clean basic apartment that serves all purpose Included parking for a price of 12 pounds/ day. Lift to take luggage up from parking
