great stay great price

Pros: From the initial booking right through to both check in and out we were kept updated of the process by the host. The appartment was very spacious very clean and comfortable. Very close to a supermarket and plenty of shops. The area was very peaceful. we had a great stay.

Cons: overall there was not anything we didnt like. First impressions of the area were poor but the accommodation and hosts certainly made up for that.

Pros: Notre voyage était pour le but de rendre visite à notre fils nouvellement installé à colchester pour études universitaires. Appartement propre , pratique , et chaleureux avec tout les equipements necessaires, et cerise sur le gâteau le parking est gratuit. nous avons passer des moments ensemble puisque il est juste à côté de la cité de residence de notre fils. Grand merci pour les propriétaires d'avoir rendu notre voyage agréable. Nous avons vraiment aimer votre joli appartement.

Cons: Rien . Appart quelques bruit hier, causé par des voisins entrain de fêter à leurs façon ( je pense qu'ils étaient des étudiants !!)si non tout était parfait .

Pros: Communication with the host was very fast and efficient. There was clear visual instructions in identifying the building and making it easier to locate the keys. Very clean, spacious with simple and classic interior.

EXCELLENT

Pros: L'appartement comporte : - d'une part, deux grandes chambres et deux salles de bain dont l'une est attenante à une chambre, - d'autre part, un grand salon exposé sud avec une grande baie vitrée et vue sur la rivière Colne soumise à la marée, et une cuisine équipée. Cet appartement est idéal pour un long séjour, et très pratique si on recherche la proximité avec l'University of Essex, à 20 minutes à pied. Le magasin Tesco est à la même distance. Pour marcher ou courir, il y a Wivenhoe Trail qui longe la rivière Colne. Nous avons pu ainsi passer une excellente semaine dans cet appartement très propre.
