Barn conversion Corner Annexe

A quiet, comfortable and welcoming place that made our short stay feel truly relaxing.

Pros: We stayed here for one night, from 14 to 15 February, and absolutely loved it. The house is very cozy, easy to access, and located in a quiet, peaceful area — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The bedroom was especially comfortable, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming despite the cold weather outside. We also really appreciated the large, modern TV — we even had a little Netflix evening, which made the stay feel extra homely. Thank you so much for such a lovely experience, we truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back again.

Pros: Cosy & warm. Good Internet. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfy

Cons: Sofa was very uncomfortable, although it was clean it could really do with being decorated wouldn't cost much to make it perfect.

Perfect stay!

Pros: The location was lovely, near all essentials. Amazing that we could bring the dog without any hassle. Check-in was super easy. A very comfortable property, everything we needed, even milk to make a cuppa!

Cons: We couldn't think of anything we didn't like. The shower was quite small & the sofa was a little uncomfortable, but not a very big issue.

Pros: A good quiet location but close to village amenities. Generally well fitted with good cooking facilities, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

Lovely host, very cosy & beautiful location

Pros: It was just such a cosy comfortable place & i felt at home there instantly, it was lovely & quiet & relaxing & a beautiful location & very clean. I will definitely go back there again & already talking to my friend's about going together in a bigger place, absolutely lovely. The bed was so comfortable, slept really well there. Trisha the host is lovely, very welcoming xx

Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like! It was a first time in airbnb for me. If i had to say something i would say to have a lamp in the front room to make it an even cosier feeling.

NO DUVET

Pros: We spent one night here and felt right at home. The bed was very comfortable and the place was super clean.

Cons: The only minor issue was the lack of a second duvet. We were staying overnight as a family, three adults in total. Unfortunately, we only had one duvet in the bedroom. Our son, who slept on the sofa bed in the living room, didn't have a duvet. He only had two pillows. It was a bit uncomfortable.

Great place to stay for a couple of days

Pros: Lovely clean property in perfect location to visit relatives in Coggeshall. We will definitely stay again. Communication with owner was excellent.

Cons: I am being picky because the property was lovely but the settee was a bit uncomfortable and parking was tight

Convenient location with good facilities

Pros: Great location and easy to find, excellent facilities and really fast WiFi. Owner very friendly with nice personal touches in annex. When I am working in Colchester again I will be sure to see if it’s available.

Cons: You would struggle to find anything wrong
