Excellent hosts,and ideal overnight stay

Pros: Hosts had thought of everything you might need, including leaving Haribo sweets for the kids, fresh milk and plenty of tea and coffee.. Really comfortable bed too! We accidentally broke the leg on the portable heater and they were so accommodating and understanding. Really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend these great hosts! Xx

Cons: It was chucking it down with rain when we arrived! Lol, nothing the hosts could do just good old British weather!

Lovely

Pros: Really lovely, sofa bed was made up for us. Clean and tidy, and modern. Mini fridge and tea and coffee left. Also ample off road parking and an outside area with a bench. Also was given early check in so we could get to a wedding!!

What a fabulous Snug

Pros: The Snug was the perfect stay over for a local wedding. It was so cute, snug & cozy, beautifully decorated, comfy bed & pillows with a pristine shower room accessed through a sliding door, not forgetting the tea & coffee, a well needed beverage at the end of a long day. Thank you for allowing us to stay, we will definitely recommend & return if we visit the area in the future.

A perfect little bolthole for a short stay

Pros: A lovely, comfortable bolt hole for an overnight in Framlingham. Well fitted out and in a great location for the town centre. Cutlery and plates available for takeaways, kettle, tea & coffee, and water etc all available, and also a small fridge. There is also a comfortable bed, a useful small sofa in a separate seating area and a modern clean bathroom. Good off road parking and some outdoor space for eating as well. All very good - We will definitely book again when visiting the area.

Cons: Not a problem as such, but just to point out the property does not have a full kitchen area. This shouldn't be a surprise though, as it is made clear in the listing. Just something to bear in mind for longer stays.

We and our grandchildren had a fab few days in Framlingham and can’t recommend the town and our stay highly enough.

Pros: The property was spotless, in a great location and the hosts were brilliant!

Cons: The only (minor) concern was exiting the property on the last day of our stay. The exit to the road outside, particularly when turning right, is a blind spot and could do with a mirror being positioned on the other side of the road. It would also be helpful to cut back the budlea on the fence.

Pros: Beautiful snug with lovely furnishings and very comfortable

It was an excellent place to stay, with free, off-road parking.

Pros: The rooms were well furnished and very clean. The shower was great. The milk in the fridge was much appreciated. There were no stairs. The parking space was quite useful.

Cons: A very minor point is that a longer lead on the kettle would have been useful.

Pros: Hosts were very obliging all you need for a couple of nights stay ,very clean ,good shower and comfortable bed what more do you need?........A good pub within walking distance that serves good food and that was The Station Hotel.

Perfect, comfortable and relaxing.

Pros: It was just perfect - exactly what we needed, and in a great location. So comfy and cute.
