Perfect, well worth a visit!

Pros: Totally adorable little annexe with everything we could possibly need and more. So much thought seems to have gone into every detail! Location was great for us, and the owner was lovely and so helpful. We were genuinely impressed with this super little find and will definitely be back! Thank you!

Cons: As true Ipswich Town fans, we weren’t so keen on the green sheets and towels! 🤣 But we loved our stay so much we overlooked them 😂

Cosy and well equipped annex and great hosts

Pros: Very cosy and warm annex. Came to watch football. Sarah was very welcoming and Liam gave tips on avoiding the crowds after the game. Some crisps and snacks laid on!

Pros: It was nice and clean. Private entrance so did not disturb the hostess and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Definitely somewhere I'd stay again
