Eclipse Apartment No 2

Aaron was very helpful in all aspects of our stay.

Pros: The property was nice and modern and spotless. Having 2 bedrooms, both with double beds worked a treat.

Cons: the location . a long walk into the town so it's taxis there and back. OK if you like walking enjoyed the stay

Great apartment and great host.

Pros: Very easily accommodated our very last minute booking (our previously booked accommodation was cancelled on arrival at that property). Communication was excellent. Apartment was spotless. Parking inside the courtyard, was safely off the road.

Pros: Location was good and bench area outside was nice.

Cons: Shower door was very dirty.

Pros: Basic amenities provided in flat so no need to go shopping. Location is very good 10min walk and in centre of Newmarket great.

Cons: Slight problem with shower control getting stuck on very hot. Difficult to turn and adjust needs further investigation

Pros: Everything about the apartment was spot on,couldn't fault it

Pros: Cosy but clean apartment. Perfect to use as a base if you're out all day Like we were. The diner/lounge and kitchen are quite snug but the bedrooms are a decent size with clean linen and towels provided. The beds were very comfortable. There is dedicated parking behind the property and additional parking in the main road which is handy. I requested oat milk as I don't drink dairy, and Aaron kindly made sure there was some in the fridge for our arrival. We were also welcomed with a basket of snacks which my 15 year old nephew was very pleased with!

Cons: The bathroom and toilet are right next to the kitchen with only one door to seperate them. I understand this is the only way to utilise the available space but some people may find this off-putting. The shower could do with a bit more power too. Overall the apartment served our needs and we will probably book again.

A very successful stay.

Pros: The location suited us well as we were going to both the Rowley Mile Racecourse and the July Racecourse which were a matter of minutes away. Both double beds were extremely comfortable with good quality bed linen.

Comfortable property, in a good location at a reasonable price.

Pros: Location was good, handy to the town.Prooperty was clean and comfortable.

Cons: Stairs up to the flat were steep,I am a senior with knee issues so was rather challenging for me personally.
