Pros: Clean modern and a good location well stocked cupboards and the water is a lovely gesture Honestly never been to a better apartment and I’ve been to many ! Amber was so helpful answering my questions overall so satisfied so will be booking again !!

A Home 🏡 away from Home experience

Pros: This was a massive breath of fresh air and relief for me, after a horrible 2-night experience at a very poorly maintained apartment. From the entrance the it smelt pleasant, very clean, to the alexa that kept me company singing and dancing in celebration that i did not pay extra night at the previous apartment, to the complimentary free bottles of water and fresh milk, to the spacious kitchen lounge, shower and a very cutely decorated & intimate garden.. I only wish this was summer time to utilise the garden.. Amber and Phil you are both amazing 👏 🤩 keep up the good work. Definitely coming back for leisure with my partner next time, when am not in business mode.

Great stay!

Pros: The area is very quiet and peaceful. If you don't have a car, there's a bus stop nearby, 5 stops from the center. The apartment was impeccably clean, and there are brochures throughout explaining how everything works; everything is functional. It's important to highlight the thoughtful touches left in the apartment (milk and water in the refrigerator, and coffee), and in the bathroom (toothpaste, soap, and shampoo). The host responds quickly. I would definitely return.

Pros: The owners have thought of everything. It was so nice to come into a lovely warm place in November.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike.Only thing is street parking managed to find a place not to far away .could be more difficult at busier times but that's the way it is .Nice and quiet area we slept well.

Pros: The apartment is spotless, comfortable ,warm , quiet and has everything you need including shoe polish! The owners are responsive and go above and beyond to accommodate any questions or communications that may arise. Great value for money too a whole apartment for the same price as a *****lodge.Highly recommend.

Fabulous!

Pros: Lovely bright clean apartment. Milk and 2 x bottle of water in the fridge was a lovely extra touch. Would highly recommend and will 100% come back. Great location round the corner from Southchurch Road.

An enjoyable, trouble free stay in a good location.

Pros: A nice clean and tidy flat in a good location. It was quiet and well furnished. The host was very helpful when I had a personal issue to resolve.

An excellent base for quiet work / leisure

Pros: The well-maintained outside space was especially appreciated and the lounge / dining area is a good size. Efforts have been made too to give the space a contemporary feel. Key appliances within the property work well. Located in a calm and quiet area minutes' walk from the main rail station and local amenities.

Peaceful and lovely.

Pros: very nice, felt like a home so it was comfortable. clean and has a lovely garden. supplies the basic needs which is so thoughtful.

Cons: nothing to not like, everything was lovely.

Pros: Very nice and clean place. Very well stocked kitchen and toilet. Bed was really comfortable. Checkin ontructions were clear. Free parking is available on the street. The host was responsive. All was great.
