Pros: Very smartly decorated apartment, fabulous size sitting area, bedrooms and hallway. Excellent Location, 6 mins walk to the beach, very close to the station and shops

Cons: Every room has a raw brick feature wall, which I must say, is very authentic! But really they'd need to be varnished, because my partner was a little sensitive to the slight dust that it expelled.

Comfortable Stay in a Perfect Location

Pros: We booked this B&B for 4 days and 3 nights, and it turned out to be such a wonderful stay. The location is absolutely perfect, making it really easy to get around. The beds were super comfortable, and we slept so well every night. Everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. We came to Southend-on-Sea for a wedding party, and this place couldn’t have been a better base for the trip. It was close enough to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing when we wanted downtime. The atmosphere of the B&B felt warm and inviting, and we could tell the hosts really put thought into the details. Having such a comfy spot to come back to after the wedding festivities made the whole experience even better. We honestly enjoyed every part of our stay, from the location to the comfort to the overall vibe. I’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d definitely love to come back in the future.

Cons: We didn’t get a chance to meet the host during our stay. It wasn’t clear if the people at the downstairs café were the hosts. If they were, perhaps we just didn’t have much of a chance to interact properly. The property could have been a little cleaner in some areas. We also couldn’t find a vacuum cleaner, which can be quite useful when staying with family. Having one available would have made things a bit easier. That being said, we still enjoyed our time here overall. If we return to Southend-on-Sea, this would definitely be our first choice again.

Beautiful South end apartment.

Pros: Booked this gorgeous apartment for the night & I can honestly say it was absolutely gorgeous, from booking to arriving the hosts were amazing, giving all the info on how to get in, what's around exct. The apartment is in a great location,with untold shops & restaurants bars right near you its minutes from south end peir. The apartment itself is so beautiful, spotlessly clean & so comfortable,especially the large sofa & choice of board games which we loved playing of an evening, The kitching is gorgeous with a lovely island in the middle & all kitchwear you would need.

Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect

Lovely break away!

Pros: Good rooms spacious 2 floor apartment. Access to everything you need supermarket and restaurants ,8 minute drive to Beach and Adventure Island. Full kitchen and household appliances and flat was clean and well presented.

Cons: We only had one toilet roll supplied for our stay 4 days for a family of 4. Sofa had a part broken so had to avoid to chill there. Clothes horse was flimsy and cheap but all this is forgiven as the apartment was overall was comfortable almost home to home experience.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good location and we didn’t have any problems with parking nearby. Supermarkets and shops really close as well. The host made sure we had checked in okay and they were easy to contact if we needed to, which we didn’t. Couldn’t fault our stay. Would recommend.

Pros: Location was great for work. The apartment had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Great apartment with lots of space and a comfortable living room. Fully equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom and comfortable bedrooms.

Cons: Towels were cheap and didn't dry the water of us after showering. I would change the single miniature toiletries to pump dispenser in the bathroom.
