Comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings

Pros: Really lovely place to stay. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night but we will definitely return to do some of the lovely walks around the property and maybe do some of the wildlife experiences. Beautiful house and a very comfortable night stay thank you so much.

Convenient as on the Suffolk Coastal path

Pros: The beds were very comfortable & lovely bathrobes were provided. This is a quirky old property in a lovely setting. Nice view whilst eating breakfast in our room.

Cons: There was a lack of communication- messages weren’t responded to. The property is old & under renovation- and we were there on a stormy night so it was draughty

Beautiful location, very comfortable bed and helpful host

Pros: The location was ridiculously beautiful. Like staying in a nature reserve, but in luxury! Our host was fantastic, very helpful and friendly.

A lovely room with a great view. Delightful visits from the local deer and owls hooting at night.

Pros: Excellent cooked breakfast. And nice having it brought to our room.

Somewhere different (being in a country house) in a good location

Pros: It was different. We had a large bedroom overlooking the garden. It was close to Bawdsey Quay where we needed to be the next day

Cons: I would prefer to have an en-suite bathroom. Also I felt that the breakfast choices were very limited

A fantastic location

Pros: A very nice location opportunity to go and see the wildlife close up with a expert for a additional cost live webcam on the TV and a super quiet location you can’t go wrong

Cons: Nothing all good as far as I am concerned

Excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

Pros: Fantastic location great to watch the wildlife in the back garden or via a live feed to the tv in your bedroom. Met by David who, with Charlotte had provided an excellent Visitors Pack prior to our visit. Lovely building, our bedroom was big enough for our stay given that we were on a walking trip. Clean and tidy with fridge, tea, coffee etc. Breakfast arrived on a trolley each morning and we were able to eat at the table in the room looking through the windows into the garden. It was fresh and plentiful.

Cons: Didn't realise that the bathroom was separate to the room. It was for just our use and fortunately for other guests no-one saw us nipping to the loo in our pants. Too much information?

Cons: A little more heat in the rooms.
