Beach house fun

Lovely stay near the beach and town

Pros: Very clean and modern mobile home with comfortable sofa and kitchen area with kettle and microwave. Near the beach and coastline to reach the Tower.

Cons: Had a great telly but couldn’t find the usual channels. Although not v good with technology

Pros: The caravan is really nice and very clean. The shower is absolutely brilliant. Be aware you need to bring your own towels and bed linen. The cleaner was very, very helpful. The double room is really big with plenty of storage. The campsite is full of stuff to do and just two minutes from a beautiful beach. Walton and the pier are just a 10 minute walk. The shop has absolutely everything you need. There's a launderette There's a pizza place and restaurant. I dont have small kids, but I can see there's absolutely everything on site to keep them busy. I didn't see or hear any trouble. The site seems very safe. The pool is tiny and crowded, but there's a fantastic public pool 5 mins away that was empty.

Cons: This is not the owners fault, but the entertainment passes for the camp are £26 each. This should be warned beforehand as you can't get in the pool, etc, without them. Luckily I've been here before and knew. But that is an extra £100 at least for the family

Absolutely love it. Would come back!

Pros: We loved everything about this place! We absolutely had one of our best vacations. We are still talking about it now! It has everything you need. Clean, cozy, convenient and to town. The owner is super nice. Swift to respond.

Cons: Only internet that was so slow. But it’s not the owner’s fault. Would recommend to have your own data package.

Spontaneous holiday

Pros: Great caravan for a short or long stay. Has pretty much everything you need. Loved all the little touches such as tea bags, coffee etc. The caravan is well looked after & I nice cosy family stay. The owner is very generous & very helpful. A big Thank you again 😊

Cons: The lock box was abit fiddley to open & took abit of getting used to. Once knew how it worked it wasn't too bad

Great for a little family holiday to the beach.

Pros: The static caravan was nice and clean and in a great location. Very close to the beach which is great as had a toddler with us. Host was helpful when we were unable to find the caravan.

Cons: Unfortunately we couldn't take our daughters to the on-site pool as it was for Park Dean customers only, but we then realized there was another pool just round the corner! So wasn't really an issue. Recommend eating outside of the Park Dean site, as was not only cheaper but tastier too :)

Pros: The property was clean, accessible to the beach and other entertainment facilities

Cons: Maybe a fan could have helped with the heat. Also, a few basic cleaning products would have been handy, as well as a night lapm by the bedside cabinet. Other than that, we had a wonderful time

Great communication with owner , always available if needed . Will book again

Pros: Modern ,clean inside and the location was great for the wedding we attended

Cons: All good no negative

Lovely clean comfortable caravan, everything was top notch. We are even thinking of rebooking

Cold and windy outside, warm and cosy inside!

Pros: The caravan is lovely 10/10. Spotlessly clean very warm, comfy bed, we slept so well, great shower. Everything we needed. Thank you

Cons: Minor points .. Perhaps if the owner gave more information upfront it would save keep texting to find things out. We began to feel like we were pestering him. Sorry! We only had a postcode, one review said number 10 but it's moved. Once we had a full address we were able to find it. Do we need a parking permit? No. How do we access the wifi ? Etc.... Once we found the caravan we walked around it 3 times hunting for the key safe which we found laying on the floor at the back of the caravan. These are normally fixed close to the door, perhaps let people know where it is . I was concerned that any one of the kids playing around the site could have found it and moved it, then how would guests get a key? I really think it needs fixing to a surface and not left loose. The photos on booking.com need updating now the pitch has changed. The views out of the windows are incorrect and there is no parking space beside it.

Convenient, clean & will return if another job takes me in that direction

Pros: Location was spot on for a job that I had to do down the road, The staff in reception were very helpful even though it was booked through booking.com and not direct with them.

Cons: I went there out of season so not too much open on the campsite. Would imagine in the height of summer it would be great to bring the grand kids to.
