Pros: Cute, clean, just right for me and my dog Penelope, even a dog bed is provided and coffee/tea making which was great. Great quiet location, beautifully decorated considering the size, I enjoy the original features of the old fireplace and how they’ve set out the toilet/shower corner with the curtain and additional touches of body wash etc

Cons: The only tiny tiny thing is the pull out sofa is not going to be comfy for everyone, and for me it was a little too thin, but we can’t all have the same bed from home experience so a small sacrifice

An ideal overnight stop, especially for one person.

Pros: The property met my needs for an overnight stay but I would not feel it suitable for more than that, for me. The room was comfortable and compact.

Cons: The bedding and towels are on very high shelves and only being 5' tall, I had difficulty reaching them. Similarly the gate lock on the access door was unusable garden side and had to be closed from the other side. Again being short it was difficult to reach over the top of the gate to do this.

Great place to stay locally for New Years celebrations, Claudia went above and beyond.

Pros: Excellent value. Claudia was a wonderful host and so so helpful. Exactly as advertised.

Pros: Set in a beautiful village, the room was perfect for me and lead straight out onto an enclosed garden.

Lovely little place to stay for one. Everything I needed for a 2 night stay.

Pros: The host is engaging and informative. Position was convenient and private. The stars were amazing

Cons: The toilet/shower set up is a little tricky but fine for a short stay

Cons: Needed a light above vanity as very dark to do makeup, a pull out mirror near shower would have been great as hubby Needed to shave and only mirror on vanity other wise perfect

Great place

Pros: It's a great place and the village is very pretty. Downham market is reacheable by foot in 15-20 minutes and has a lot of options for food and drinks, as well as supermarkets. The instructions to check in were very clear.

Cons: Nothing.
