Modern thinking and very good use of the small space

Pros: Quaint and well looked after accommodation. The proprieter provided good information for accessing the property and to the rooms, cupboards etc which were all locked. I was only there for 14 Hours, so not able to enjoy much of what was provided. The bathroom was very good, except for it's location.

Cons: Two main issues: I didn't like the location, which was difficult to reach due to parking on both sides of the road on the approach. I didn't feel safe in the evening, when there were many people hanging around the estate, dressed mainly in black. The other issue, which is important if you regularly need to use the toilet during the night, is the toilet was downstairs and through the kitchen. The route is risky due to the steepness of the stairs and the fact that I'm not fully awake. Thankfully I didn't have an accident.

Great digs accomodation

Pros: Was exactly what it said on the tin and exactly what I needed for my stay, couldn't ask for anymore and Lee great, no dramas, just a comfortable bed to get my head down 🙂 thanks for the hospitality, especially as it was booked with very little notice 👍🏻👍🏻

Pros: Very reliable customer service, pickup calls, and messages anytime you contacted, very neat apartment and closer to the city centre walk few minutes, good environment in Ipswich city centre

Cons: None, all excellent, comfortable apartment

Pros: Very comfortable, neat, clean apartment and reliable management, the manager is very reliable and trusted, good customer service, ready to asist when you call or message him at anytime day and night,

Cons: I honestly feel very at home, can't truly notice any dislike, so welcoming property

Pros: Really good set up, clean and well thought out. And just a 10 minute walk from the station, and there's a Co-op foodstore at the end of the street.

Perfect place for chillout

Peaceful, Well-Equipped Stay with Thoughtful Touches

Pros: Excellent value for money—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The house only has two rooms, and I was lucky enough to have it all to myself this time, which made for a really peaceful stay. On previous visits, I shared with one other guest, which was still perfectly fine. It truly feels like a home away from home, with the added bonus of parking (though a bit snug), a fully fitted kitchen for cooking, and a cosy lounge with a TV, sofa, and dining area. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. I also appreciate that on a past visit I mentioned the blinds let in too much light, and this time blackout blinds had been installed—great to see the host taking feedback on board and going the extra mile

Cons: Just a couple of things to note for clarity: the stairs are quite steep and narrow, so anyone with mobility issues should be cautious—though handrails are fitted and I had no trouble myself. The bathroom is downstairs through the kitchen, so if you're sharing with someone else, you’ll need to walk through the lounge and kitchen to get there. Not an issue at all, just something to be aware of.

Pros: This place is a great stay. Secure locked bathroom and kitchen units for personal belongings is a great idea. Comfortable and peaceful. And a friendly neighbourhood

Perfect spot for over night work trip

Pros: Owner very prompt with all instructions and queries plus property very well laid out and set up for guests.

Cons: Not a problem but just a heads up that the stairs in property is a little steep for anyone with mobility issues but otherwise nothing I didn’t like

Pros: Facilities were great and great location for work ... Everything you could want free tea and coffee Great communication from owner .
