A good base for us

Pros: Quiet location a little bit out in the country. A reasonable base for a number of places to visit. Spacious in the warm weather could sit out - not warm enough this time of year.

Cons: Just have to note a downstairs loaned shower but an upstairs bedroom. Welcome box good but would have liked a couple of egg cups so we could have boiled eggs for breakfast!! Couldn't find any.

Pros: Beautiful property nice part of Suffolk welcome pack & net- flics a very welcome bonus very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen excellent walks for our dog

Cons: The traffic noise could not find the washing machine which was in stated in facilities could not use bathroom sink as plug was stuck harder could do with some t l c

Fantastic place

Pros: A fantastic place for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable sofa and bed, tv equipment of a very good standard. Lovely basket of bits that included cereals, tea, coffee and biscuits. Will be back!

Cons: Nothing.
