Cambridgeshire Lakes - luxury lodges in a stunning lake location

Great place for a family reunion to celebrate a 70th birthay

Pros: Great location, wonderful to sit on the decking overlooking the lake. The lodges were large, plenty of space and very well equipped. Bedrooms were fantastic.

Pros: Nothing to fault what so ever absolutely amazing experience everything you need so clean and comfy

It was beyond my dreams and would recommend to everyone I know.

Pros: The location was tranquil and serene. It was beautiful to see the lake and sun shine down on it. I liked that you could sit outside or layout on the whicker bed to get some sun. We cooked our own breakfast and a great kitchen with everything you need. Just a fantastic kitchen diner.

Cons: The lighting in the bedroom where there was a dressing table for me to make up of an evening and do my hair wash too dark. Needed a few spot lights in that particular corner of the bedroom. I instead used the lounge table to do my makeup of an evening. But was still a lovely bedroom.

Pros: Beautiful lodge,very well equipped.Comfy beds and a stunning location.Nice complementary bottle of procceco and box of shortbread biscuits on arrival lovely touches.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like,we all had a wonderful stay,and would definitely come back

An amazing escape to luxury!

Definitely returning!

Pros: We hired all four lodges for a big family get together for my sons 16th birthday. The lodges were perfect, we loved the hot tub, the scenery, the lake, the bathtubs, the rain shower, the space and the location. The owners were attentive and nothing was too much for them. They made sure that we had everything we needed for a happy and successful long weekend. They provided bbqs out of season, and made sure that everyone in our party were catered for (4 year old to 70+ with limited mobility). And the welcome basket was a cute touch. And the weather was beautiful so we could make the most of the outdoor space. We have agreed that we will make this an annual event so we look forward to returning x

Cons: It was so hot at night, we couldn’t work out the thermostat, but that’s our fault not the owners issue because we didn’t ask!

Pros: Fantastic location with surrounding wildlife, we enjoyed using the Hot tub, especially at midnight to stargaze, very relaxing indeed. The Living room was a pleasant place to be, we played Monopoly at evening with the Fire place lit. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and utensils needed, even had a dishwasher! Would like to thank the Hosts they were helpful and polite.

Pros: We liked how comfy It was and relaxed and how peaceful it was. And it has everything you possibly need.

Cons: Felt like this time, the cleaning was a bit rushed. But other than that. Didn't dislike anything
