Idyllic!

Pros: Simply loved the quaint old cottage and its location. Stunning countryside walks, then home to a roaring log fire. What is there not to like!

Cons: Nothing not to like - it was just perfect!

Lovely stay

Pros: A beautiful little cottage for a weekend getaway. The interior is done to a high standard (although a little lacking in headroom at times). Great attention to the smaller details like providing recipe and ingredients for the pizza oven. Thank you very much Sammy!

Cons: Making pizza's from scratch is harder than I thought! Stairs are steep, so we had to take extra care with our 2 toddlers (but they loved the den bed!)

This is a gem of a cottage, the weather was cold for our stay, but it would be fabulous in the summe

Pros: Charming cottage, lovely gardens, very peaceful, comfortable sitting room, unique bedrooms, nice interior design

Cons: Wi-Fi wasn’t strong enough, so borrowed an Ethernet cable. Could use a microwave. Good to let dogs in but restrictions on them made it awkward for our dog to relax
