Modern 2bedroom House in Ipswich Suffolk

Pros: Lovely house, warm and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond and clear instructions for access. Great location to walk down and watch the shipping and yachts and then follow the paths along the river Stour. Good pub too.

Cons: Small thing.. Scissors have gone missing.

Comfortable modern terraced house in Shotley Gate.

Pros: Lovely little modern house on new development with open plan kitchen/living space downstairs and two bedrooms (double + twin) and bathroom upstairs. Comfortable and reasonably well equipped. Interesting location with excellent views across to Felixstowe docks and Harwich seafront.

Cons: Very limited shopping provision nearby and seems odd to describe this property as being in Ipswich when it clearly isn’t. House is good enough for a couple of nights but lacks a dishwasher.

Great stay for really good price. Close to marina - beautiful place!

Pros: House is brand new, nothing worn out, really comfortable and stylish. It was a pleasure stay inside. Owner send all instructions prior to arrival, replied within seconds.

Cons: A bit tricky to find the property, but maybe it’s just us. Once we found it - no problem at all.

Pros: A beautiful new home, well furnished and beautiful decor. Easy to find and a short walk from the estuary. The property was well laid out and had what we needed for our stay.

Lovely Air B&B 😊

Pros: Very fresh and clean on the inside of the property. Presented well as expected.

Cons: Honestly the only small bit of criticism I have is the garden 🪴 could do with a bit of a tidy up , grass was over grown and would of been nice to sit out there with the wife and kids in the evening, but apart from that the stay was lovely.

Pros: Amazing well equipped house. Immaculate and very clean.

Comfortable Christmas treat

Pros: The house was very comfortable and in a quiet location. We never heard the neighbours nor any street noise so it was super relaxing. Lola made it very welcoming with lots of extra touches such as mulled wine and mince pies for us as we stayed over Christmas. My twins loved their room at the back of the property and enjoyed their own space. We had some nice walks despite the gloomy weather although sadly too cold to sit in the garden. Would definitely recommend the house for couples and families alike.

Cons: Nothing. As some other reviewers have pointed out it’s a bit further up the peninsula than on the map on booking.com but not isolated by any means. There is also an easy bus from 2 minutes away into Ipswich 4 or 5 times a day which we took once for convenience when splitting up our day between family.

We really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home and would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely accommodation well situated on a brand new estate .

Pros: Beautifully maintained new house. Spotlessly clean. Well equipped. Full of light. Excellent TV. Lots of thoughtful touches.

Cons: The only thing that stopped me giving a perfect 10 was the mattress that I found quite uncomfortable.
