Gorgeous cottage

Pros: Lovely cottage and great facilities. My daughter absolutely loved our little trip away. We spent most of our time in Thorpeness which is so close.

Cons: Parking could be a bit tricky but we managed to get in the road most of the time.

Pros: Comfie beds - a good value little house for exploring the local area.

Great property in a quiet road in Leiston.

Pros: The house was well decorated, had outdoor seating and was very comfortable.

Cons: Having a set of oven gloves would make it easier to use the oven.

Pros: Lovely homely stylish cottage. Good location. Thoughtful welcome pack.

A quiet comfortable stay

Pros: Quiet and comfortable and not far from snape maltings

Cons: Nothing … it was all lovely!

Clean, comfortable and great value

Pros: Lovely clean property, comfy beds, plenty of towels, had everything we needed for a weekend. We were impressed with the selection of toys and books for the children, a really nice touch. Very close to the high street, Nistor’s is a lovely bistro where got breakfast juices, sausage baps and pastries from. Really close to Thorpeness where we were attending a wedding.

Cons: There is no parking with the property and we occasionally had to park around the corner but it wasn’t hard to find a space within a short walk, but the road was also quiet enough to pull up outside to load up when we left etc.

Cosy hideaway

Pros: The cottage was really clean and welcoming. It was comfy and had everything we needed. It also felt really laid back.

Cons: No complaints really. Leiston doesn't have a lot, but it is a really short drive to lots of great places.

Very Good for my first experience of Air BnB

Pros: It’s very cute, two up two down but well renovated and stylish. Welcoming information package was excellent. Staff were brilliant.

Cons: I found it difficult, during the night, having the bathroom downstairs, because of my mobility issues. That’s my problem though. I don’t know if that information was on the website because I was so focused on finding the right location and price. I didn’t think to check this out beforehand. However I managed to cope with it. It was an advantage during the day and evening.

Pleasant stay

Pros: Great location for our trip intentions. Close walk to shop at the co-op for food. Nice having washer on premises.

Cons: Cleaning service must not have been made aware that we were there for 11 days. Paper supplies only lasted 3 days, and there were no liners for the kitchen waste bin.. The bed was not king size. It's not a good setup for meals. Small folding table and 2 chairs to sit at. The bar is not very deep to put a plate on. I do not think a family would be comfortable here. It would be helpful to have some basic instructions posted for the washer and oven.
