Exceptional hospitality from the moment of booking and throughout our stay. Perfect, will stay again

Pros: Always on hand for any questions and to sort out anything. Warm and welcoming. The place is exceptionally clean and is well presented.

Cons: The mattress could be firmer, it's a little too squishy, you sink into it.

Worthy the money.

Pros: Everything was on point! The pictures on here don’t do the place any justice, I felt like the place looks even better in person. Feels like home away from home, great price and good memories made. Perfect location to access and enjoy Essex beaches, Colchester zoo, and nearby Tesco.

Short stay at Little Clacton for Easter Holiday

Pros: Lovely holiday home, perfect value for money, spacious inside with plenty of room for four people. Recommended to anyone for a short or long stay. Pet-friendly is another plus. We will definitely be back one day.
