Good value, comfortable garden room.

Pros: Good sized room with patio doors opening onto the garden. Comfortable bed. Parking available. Excellent communication regarding facilities where to find everything.

Cons: Bathroom upstairs (toilet downstairs) but that is reflected in the price.

It was great!

Pros: Really appreciated Mike’s communication! He was very accommodating of my needs. The property is clean, with a lovely garden. I could make use of various services like the washing machine and the hob.

Cons: Nothing!

Staying there was excellent! I spent three days feeling like home -like staying at my own place!

Pros: I liked the atmosphere of being at a home! Mike was very friendly and understading and we had the feeling of having a local very close to us! He helped very much with some practicalities and I felt safe. By choosing to stay in a small city gave me the feeling of living in the country! Like local!

Cons: Everything was fantastic at the place! Unfortunately I had to travel a little bit far for a conference everyday in Colchester- and I was away all day! I wish I had more time to come back and enjoy the garden!

Great for a short stay

Pros: Hospitable and easygoing host who even moved his car to the street so that I could park my motorcycle in his driveway. Very comfortable bedroom with own half bath.
