An excellent spot, Will will definitely come here again

Pros: The rooms were really clean and very well appointed, there was plenty of hot water and the facilities were excellent

Cons: The heating was not on when I arrived at the room so it was very cold, although this was easily rectified it would have been nice to have come into a warm room and the floor especially was very cold

A very pleasant room to stay with helpful owners, but sadly disappointing food options on the doorstep.

Pros: The room and en-suite facilities were very attractive and a good size. Not only was a shower available but also a slipper type bath. The owners were very helpful and responsive. The town of Hadleigh is a short drive away. There is good parking space available.

Cons: Although food was available in the Kersey Mill complex at a separate cafe, the breakfast menu there did not include the normal items expected in a hotel.

Guest reception was inadequate - nothing conveyed to us about key code. Over-priced accommodation.

Pros: Did not take the breakfast. Cafe too small and rather costly for simple food

Cons: Unnecessarily costly looking fittings and furnishings and too many. Poorly designed difficult to use shower. Highly specified but very over-priced for what is actually required.

Perfect, a must stay if in the area

Pros: Beautiful site with so many facilities there in the grounds. Room immaculate with air con. Coded entry great idea, saves worry of losing key.
