Very nice apartment, in a great location for all Aldeburgh has to offer!
Pros: Really lovely apartment which was more spacious than it looks on the pictures. A bottle of wine awaitied us, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped, although we didn't really use it as we were there for a quick trip to do a charity walk. The property is opposite the beach and very near the town, which has lovely little places to eat and drink, plus cute boutique shops.
Cons: The twin bed room, the mattresses were not very comfortable and could do with an upgrade. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to access the apartment, not a problem for us but if you had any mobility problem, it would not be ideal. Having to pay all money upfront, so no flexibility on booking, and the 10am check out time were not ideal. Personally I think 11am should be the earliest, especially as the check-in time is not until 4pm.

Pros: Would have been better to have coffee available (tea was-no milk of course)
Cons: Balcony description was a bit misleading—an elevated door step with a street view!

High Tide
Pros: Very comfortable beds, excellent location in the centre of Aldeburgh.
Cons: All was good. Could have done with less of the seaside themed decor.

Pros: Very spacious flat, nicely decorated. Well equipped kitchen, easy to prepare freshly bought fish...the stalls selling it are a few minutes walk away. The bath is magnificent, great after a walk in the cold wind. Good WiFi, struggled with AV1 for Freeview, , but Netflix and BBCiplayer kept us entertained. Very quiet in off season.
Cons: All was fine. Maybe a slightly larger fridge. And finding it was a bit tricky, it is 17 Crabbe Road, on top of Low Tide flat

Great property in a fantastic location.
Pros: Location was great, property was very clean and well equipped.
Cons: The bed frame was very squeaky, bed was comfortable but the noise of the frame when you moved or turned over was annoying.
