Beautiful building in the perfect location.

Pros: This was a beautiful property in a central location, the best bit was the off road parking which gave me comfort and peace of mind knowing I hadn’t parked somewhere I shouldn’t and would wake up to a ticket. The owner was really lovely, helpful and pleasant. My brother lives in Brentwood and we stayed here for an anniversary party so we will definitely be staying again.

Good price, well presented, exactly what I needed.

Pros: Convenient location, easy parking, Uber on tap, very clean and well presented. Very good value. I expect to be visiting Brentwood again and this property will be the first place I look.

Amazing

Pros: The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. The location is great, about a 10-minute walk from High Street. The host Martin is very attentive. I'll be back soon.

Clean and functional but not cosy and welcoming

Pros: Amazing location. Nice, clean accommodation. Quite basic but very adequate for our needs. Not very cosy. Wouldn't wish to spend much time there. Bedrooms lovely and large and nice bedding. Just the front room that was not so nice Electric shower so not great. The whole property could do with a good freshen up. Did exactly what we needed however and very attentive host who responded to any questions quickly and was helpful.

Cons: The shower and bathroom. Very basic and purely functional. Lamp in the front room didn't work, no bedding for sofa bed ( I was told where to find it however it was not there)
