Pros: All of it was excellent 👏 The room was very clean and the facilities very good.

Pros: Nice country location although it is next to rural roadside

Cons: Nothing really , accommodation is a separate unit within the garden There is an oven, kettle ,fridge etc; and loads if food supplied for you to make continental breakfast. The small kitchen is downstairs bedroom and ensuite are upstairs. We booked a meal at local pub 2min drive suggested by John our host.

Fabulous property.

Pros: It is a very well presented property. Everything you could need is provided. John who welcomed us was very kind and helpful explaining the property. Bed was very comfortable bathroom had all you needed even tooth brushes and toothpaste. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons: We can’t think of anything.

Lovely little gem

Pros: A lovely self-contained cosy cottage with everything one could want for an overnight stay. The garden would be lovely to breakfast in during the summer. Absolute gem

The Perfect Stay

Pros: John and Jones hospitality was 2nd to none. They really made us feel at home and even offered to drop us at the restaurant and pick us up due to the rain. The fridge was well stocked and the continental breakfast was excellent. I could add a lot more but lets just say it was perfect.

Cons: We didn't like leaving after only 2 days as we were enjoying it that much.

Lovely find

Pros: John and Joan are very welcoming. Tree Tops is lovely, renovated with taste. The breakfast was copious and the bed comfortable. Great pub at half a mile.

Cons: It was a bit noisy as the main road is next to the house.

Pros: Great, cosy room in a very beautiful part of the world. John is such a lovely, kind host. We were so well looked after.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Thoughtful Touches and a Great Stay – Just a Slightly Tricky Check-In

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay here. The secure parking was a big plus, and the spacious, self-contained flat made it feel more like a home than a typical hotel or B&B. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the location was ideal for my needs. I also really appreciated all the thoughtful freebies – from a free beer and some wine to plenty of breakfast and snack options. It was a lovely touch and made me feel genuinely welcomed.

Cons: The only slight downside was the check-in process, which felt a bit unclear. After a long day of work, I just wanted to get in and relax. With clearer instructions, I think I could have checked in around 15 minutes earlier, which would have made a big difference at that time of night. That said, once I was in, everything was excellent. I’d definitely stay again — just with hopes for a smoother arrival next time.
