Perfect for our needs, clean, tidy, helpful staff, on phone and also in person. Great value for money and location was p

Pros: It was a perfect stop before we headed home. We flew into Stansted at 00:30 and couldn’t face the 2hr 30min drive. We booked this and was so pleased, the staff on the phone were so helpful. It was comfortable and clean and very close to the airport.

Cons: The rattan garden furniture chairs in the room. No cushion and uncomfortable. Nothing else!

Great location for my needs

Pros: Close to the location I was going to. The man moved his car so I could park easily to get out early in the morning. Very helpful!

I would definitely stay there again! But I will check for tea and coffee next time! 😅

Pros: I liked how friendly the staff was and I even got to taste some exotic food from one of the staff, the room was exceptionally big and the room also had Netflix so all in all I slept like a baby once I fell asleep! I had to be woken up for check out time so I felt like it was a near home experience and I would recommend this place to anyone who just wants to get away for a night or two!

Cons: The room had plenty of milk and sugar but no coffee or tea and I didnt know who to ask for it as there was no staff at the desk at any time.
