Cathedral View Apartment

Pros: Lovely comfortable apartment, with helpful homely touches in the bathroom and kitchen areas and a fantastic location. The view and old town accessibility is unrivalled and the apartment really clean with easy check-in.

Cons: Absolutely nothing!

Pros: The location was ideal for our two day commitment at the Cathedral. Key code was very convenient. Short walk to many restaurant options as our schedule precluded meal preparation time.

Cons: Useful to know in advance that access up external stairs due my limited mobility Adjacent hall with wedding party on Saturday to midnight VERY noisy

Cons: Not a dislike. Difficulty accessing the keys/access on arrival due to my error. Instructions had been received and I failed to have them with me. Two lock boxes at door location but, we only recognized an old lock box unaware the newer up to date lock box located on the actual door was the lock box to be used. Thought it was a door bell/ security🤣. Joanna was quick to advise us, was very kind and considerate in responding to a couple of questions.

Nicely appointed,comfortable apartment.Perfect for the wedding we were attending at St Marys Church.

Pros: Stunning location opposite the Cathedral. Well stocked kitchen with all the equipment necessary to self cater. Plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Very nicely furnished and well decorated.

Cons: Downstairs neighbour was noisy into the small hours on one of the nights during our stay.

Pros: Gorgeous apartment, everything I needed. Location was amazing. Bed very comfy.

Flat 3 Cathedral View.Great little flat!

Pros: Excellent location really near the Abbey Gardens and Cathedral. Close to all the pubs and restaurants. Flat was well presented and well equipped and had everything we needed.Really comfy bed/smart tv/good wiFi.Shower was really powerful and always plenty of hot water. Loved hearing the cathedral bells.We had a lovely relaxing stay.Lots of pubs and restaurants to choose from really nearby.We would definitely book it again .

Cons: No parking at the flat but we knew that before we went .We parked the car in the longstay carpark and walked to the flat .Walk was around 6-7 mins.Cost of parking was only £9 for the whole week. Flat was great for us but maybe less suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are outside stairs.Also there is no walk in shower .There was no grab handle to make it easier to get in/out of bath/shower so could be tough for someone older. Tap in bathroom looked really tarnished and spoilt the look of the bathroom slightly. Some instructions for the hob would be good as I thought I was never going to get my dinner cooked !! Would have been nice if there had been a welcome folder with info in it about operating the tv/cooker/heating etc

Position and style makes for a perfect place to stay.

Pros: The apartment is perfect. It is sited in the centre of the charming town of Bury St Edmunds, within a few steps of the historic buildings and lanes, just waiting to be explored. Everything you might need is supplied. The bed was especially comfortable and nothing beats the view out the window. Parking was explained and was available as I required.

Pros: Location superb. Very comfortable with good facilities

Cons: Parking in the centre is a nightmare, but that’s not the fault of the property which was excellent
