Pros: The flat was excellent, clean and all facilities were available for use. The security was very good, with even the car park being secured. It was pretty close to town centre, possibly 10-15 minute walk. Will be looking to book again next time we're visiting colchester.

Cons: Fairly close to trainline therefore can sometimes be a bit noisy.

Pros: Everything was clean & easy to access. Communication with host was easy and efficient (replied to messages almost instantly) Was as shown in photos. Thanks for the fan!

Cons: Bed mattress very creaky & spring popping noises every time you turned! Bracket for shower head broken, resulting in hand held shower - not the easiest for washing long hair!! Only 1 teabag (apart from green tea) and 1 coffee pod Extremely warm and as we were using the sofa bed as well could have benefitted from an additional fan for the living room.

Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: The owner was lovely and helpful. The flat was easy to get to. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The car park was secure.

Cons: We stayed as a family of four. However, there were not enough seats for four people at the table. It would have been nice to leave the towels and extra beddings out or have the sofa bed set up ready when the booking is for four people. We did not receive information about how to get in the property beforehand and had to call the owner. Thankfully she was very helpful and responsive and guided us through everything. The flat was right next to a train track so not ideal for a light sleeper. But apart from that, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Pros: It had parking and nearby there were shops to buy what you need.

Cons: Definitely not big enough for 4. Would be nice to be able to recycle.

Absolutely brilliant

Pros: We booked this apartment last minute after being let down at a hotel. The apartment is cute and modern and very clean. The owner was so kind and accommodating and was quick to help with everything. Thank you so much for a great stay.
