Hertford Serviced Apartments

Pros: location’s nice..2 minute walk from bus stop, or if you prefer to walk..20min walk from matalan, tesco, simmons, beauty centre, costa, etc. very easy to reach hosts and get quick prompt feedback. clean and cozy they even go the extra mile to provide things like dishwashing liquid, etc.

Cons: no full mirror, shower in en suite was difficult almost impossible to use, so used guest bath.

Real happy to go back should we be back that way again

Pros: parking, local food, clean , tidy, good quality and price.

Pros: I sent several messages but just told you will find out when you get to property.could have said you will receive an email with full instructions

Cons: Wasn’t very clean,bathrooms especially.There was hairs on floor and bath and mould on bath and screen.pull up plug didn’t work.Toilet was unclean. Double bed/bedroom smelt of urinmessaged owner to say that tv not working.they said someone would come the next day and daughter waited in all day and no one came.Tv didn’t get fixed the whole of our stay

Very comfortable apart from the firm that wants the £150 deposit which will pay you back within 48 hours of you checking

Pros: Could not fault the property very clean very tidy very impressive but had loads of trouble trying to pay £150 deposit for the company that collected deposits after you booked it with Booking.com after an hour and a half and about 10 phone calls they eventually allowed you to do it on bank transfer, which would’ve been much easier in the first place rather than fill a 500 word essay to prove who you are so you could pay the £150 but apart from that it was a lovely stay

Pros: The property is very spacious and is a home from home with everything you need

Cons: The allocated parking spaces as the neighbours just use them

a very convenient way while waiting for a house purchase to go through

Pros: rooms were ideal of me and the regular cleaning was a real bonus

Very pleasant stay - we were visiting relatives nearby.

Pros: The apartment was spacious & light and airy with a very nice balcony. Excellent parking right outside.

Cons: The apartment was on the 3rd floor - a lift would have been a bonus as we were travelling with rather large suitcases.

Good for working in Hertfordshire, and would stay again.

Pros: Parking and location was good, and easy to access. Available on short notice, and no hassle checking in/leaving. Comfortable and mostly clean. Plenty of space inside, and the balcony was an added bonus.

Cons: There was an odour in the apartment upon arrival that never went away, like smoke fumes in the carpet. Needed to have all the windows/doors open, which is fine in the summer, but probably not when it's colder.
