Geoff's Rest at Pond Hall Farm in Hadleigh with Private Hot Tub

Excellent all round & great value for money! Will visit again for sure.

Pros: Amazing venue, dog walks all around/short distance and a very warm/cosy place to stay. Hot tub was excellent too.

Cons: The shower didn’t seem the warmest (this is being super picky).

Pros: Some milk pods would be good even if they were uht ones

Cons: Wasn't much hot water. Both showered before hot tub and only 1 of us was able to shower after.

Beautiful place would definitely come back again

Pros: Liked that there was multiple peacocks roaming the land, and the welcome Prosecco and cookies that were left.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

A cosy, relaxing place to stay and enjoy a break away.

Pros: Location was great, loved the peacocks. Hot tub was wonderful. Kitchen had everything we needed. A comfortable, enjoyable and restful break in a beautiful location easy to get to lots of walks out with our dog.

Cons: Can’t think of anything. Loved our stay.

Excellent gateway

Pros: The place was clean and tidy.. it's at a remote location within the farm where you can only hear nature and birds. Very dog friendly place and nice covered area to sit and relax next to the hot tub. The peacocks are a nice touch to being in nature

Cons: The only issue that we have found is that the shower other than the first night the rest the water wasn't hot enough..

Would highly recommend, would certainly go back, was lovely seeing the peacocks and be able to feed them. Also the bask

Pros: So quite, peaceful and cosy, the location was perfect and the accommodation was perfect too.

Very relaxing location.

Pros: The location was very peaceful, the property had everything we needed. It was the ideal place to relax and unwind. The peacocks were very cute and obviously used to people. It was lovely that there was a jar of peacock food so we could feed them :)

Cons: We were a little disappointed with the location of the hot tub to the property. It would have benefited from a security light at the stair area as the stairs leading from the property to the hot tub were very steep and badly lit. We had to use the torch on our phones to light the way. Also a minor moan but only one side of the 4 slice toaster worked.

Pros: Great location. 5 minutes from the high street. Hot Tub was brilliant. Comfy beds. Had everything you needed!

Cons: It was lovely! Noisy neighbours were frustrating the first night but the windows blocked a lot of sound.

Nice and relaxing, we can’t wait to come back!

Pros: I liked that it was very private and the location was beautiful, we both felt very comfortable and relaxed. The property was very clean and perfect for us two.

Cons: The bed was creaky getting in and out, it was quite loud when my partner was getting out of it and I was asleep still
