Wonderful stay

Pros: We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy, spacious, and in a perfect location on High Street. Everything was clean and well-equipped. Though there’s no elevator, it was absolutely worth it.There’s a washing machine (no dryer), iron, and clothes rack, plus a TV, fridge, and Wi-Fi that works very well — which was really nice to have. Highly recommended!

Pros: Spotless! Can and crisp, lovely decor and furnishings. Very large main living space and bedrooms.

Cons: Could do with some fans as very warm, other than that it’s perfect

Amazing apartment in central Southend

Pros: We were visiting Southend from Wales for my sister's wedding. The location is amazing, central to the town centre and the seafront. The apartment was clean, spacious and everything has been thought of. Would definitely book again!

Lovely place with easy access to public transport and most places within 30mins walk.

Pros: Very spacious, clean and located in the town centre close to station, sea front, shops and restaurants. Communication was friendly and detailed. Check-in was easy and building very secure.

Cons: Being in the town centre it was rather noisy all through the night and into the early hours. There were only 3 mugs which was ok for us as there were only 3 of us but the apartment sleeps 6. The sink in the family bathroom was slow draining.. Sofa bed was not particularly comfortable.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Lovely modern rooms, nicely decorated and well fitted out with quality appliances. Spacious rooms and spotlessly clean. Location great for access to seafront and town.

Cons: Bedrooms were uncomfortably hot at night due to lack of fans and windows that only opened slightly. There was a lot of noise from the street both nights which we couldn’t block out as windows had to stay open. Owner stated fans had been stolen previously.

Pros: Loved it was clean and tidy my kids loved the roof top

Pros: Beautiful fresh new apartment. Very big rooms, outstanding kitchen facilities, very clean throughout, clean bathrooms.

Cons: Quite noisy throughout the evening and early morning with trucks and cleaners sorting the high street out early. The windows don't open very much so if the weather is hot it's hard to cool down so a couple of fans in the apartment would make it exceptional.
