Easy access to local areas would stay in this property again, lovely responsive hosts.

Pros: We had a really lovely stay in this property, easy access, host are very responsive. Flat is very well maintained and was easy to access Southend and surrounding areas on foot by car or public transport. We would definitely use again if in the area, beds were comfy, was a vey nice to have coffee, tea and starter pack to get a drink, we had loo rolls washing up liquid to get us started. The flat was very warm and Cosy even in December, it is a nice size flat and well laid out.

Cons: The use of a table for meals, but i understand this is being actioned by hosts.

It felt like home

Pros: The place was comfortable and neat, the facilities were in great shape and where i needed assistance the host was readily available to help. Its strategically located, close to the train and bus station and walking distance to the center.

Cons: The entrance stairs could use a bit of cleaning
