Great stay, unique hotel, great team - loved it.

Pros: We stayed in the family room and absolutely loved it. It felt unique and full of character, like stepping back in time in the best possible way. The four poster bed was a lovely touch and the fittings were beautiful. It was far more interesting and enjoyable than staying in a standard, one size fits all hotel. We had a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back.

A great night sleep near Stanstead

Pros: Comfortable bed and nice room. Lots of fun car related touches and plenty of options for breakfast. There is a whole kitchen which can be used which was a nice change to normal hotels. Also considering it was so close to Stanstead airport, it was pretty quiet and I slept really well. Location is really handy for the airport. Host was friendly too

Cons: It can be a bit tricky to find especially at night.

Ideal for my work stay

Pros: Freedom to help myself to tea/coffee, snacks and use of kitchen facilities all throughout my stay. Peaceful location and very comfortable bed resulted in an excellent night’s sleep. Super Chinese takeaway with other recommended options nearby. Though not knowledgeable, I loved the car theme. Out of the ordinary!

Comfortable, quirky, Morgan cars!

Pros: We loved staying at PitStop. The room was excellent in art deco style throughout. The breakfast room was very good with a wide range of food to prepare. We enjoyed looking at the Morgans in the morning, particularly the three-wheeler.

Cons: Not sure about no door to the bathroom

Fantastic !!!

Pros: The property cannot be faulted. Not only is it unique but the hosts go out of their way to make sure the stay is both pleasurable and memorable If you’re a petrolhead there’s literally nowhere that comes close in my opinion and even if you’re not it’s an exceptional experience Been staying here for at least 12 years and never fails to impress

Has to be done if you're a Morgan or classic car aficionado or just looking for something different.

Pros: Great character, superbly done, unlike anywhere else that you're likely to stay. The Diner is well stocked with breakfast items and can be used for take-away dinners. Also enjoyed viewing the Morgan collection.
