Barn Farm Guest House

Amazing host and the best Continental breakfast looking out over green fields.

Pros: I chose Barn Farm because of the excellent reviews and it even exceeded expectations. Cleanliness, facilities, nice peaceful surroundings and a friendly host are always top of the list but what made this place stand out were the little treats in the room and the outstanding continental breakfast along with Leigh herself who made us feel completely at home. We will definitely return.

Felt right at home! Would definitely return

Pros: What a beautiful home and brilliant host! We stayed overnight following a wedding in the area. Very comfy and clean, with everything we needed and lovely snacks in the room. Leigh is great, so helpful and kind. It was really good of her to give us the keys early in the day so we could arrive home late. Breakfast was fab, felt right at home!

A comfortable and welcoming guest house with some thoughtful, complimentary extras.

Pros: The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Nice soft towels in the bathroom. A varied selection of complimentary drinks and snacks were available and it was especially nice to have small bottle of fresh milk provided in the fridge for making tea and coffee. The choice of cereals, fruit, bread and pastries at breakfast was also good. Leigh was a very helpful and friendly host.

Leigh was great couldn’t do enough to make our stay great. Thanks Kathy and Stuart x

Pros: My friend & I had a two night stay at Barn Farm Guest House. The host, Leigh, could not have been more hospitable -:nothing was too much trouble. The Guest House is situated near Farm Land, which we overlooked, enjoying the lovely breakfast prepared by Leigh. The room was absolutely spotless, as was the House. Everything that a guest needs for a weekend break had been thought of from the toiletries in the bathroom to the utensils, beverages & snacks. It was great value for money & we are planning to stay again. :)))

Pros: Everything was to our liking & Leigh was a great host Nothing was too much trouble for her to make our stay comfortable.

Pros: Lovely quiet location but close to several places of interest to visit. Excellent hostess , goes the extra mile to make your stay exceptional. Thank you. Hoping to stay again.

Wonderful B&B. The best I have ever experienced.

Pros: Initially it was difficult to find in the dark but a phone call was all it took to get exact directions. Lovely quiet,clean rooms and Leigh (the host) was super helpful and friendly. There was even a bottle of beer and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge as a welcome (and even chocolate bars). Everything you need was provided in the room..coffee, tea, fresh milk in fridge. Highly recommended. I would give it 5 stars.

Cons: Nothing, It exceeds what you would expect for the price you pay.

Pros: Really clean spacious rooms with all the mod cons, including a bottle of Prosecco. & Beer for myself and my husband,. Leigh was really lovely lady. Very accommodating.
