Pros: Absolutely amazing place, the owners were so kind and happy to fulfill any requests. I would highly recommend to anyone

Cons: I honestly can't think of anything and that's not like me, more food in the bird feeder 😂😂

Fabulous, lovely hosts and the most beautiful historic accommodation.

Pros: This is a beautiful cottage which has such a fantastic history. The accommodation is incredible with a huge 4 poster bed, a separate lounge/reading area. We wish we’d booked for a longer stay. Our hosts were superb and really looked after us and made us feel welcome. Great breakfast too.

Cons: There’s nothing negative about the property.

Relaxing and comfortable.

Pros: We thought the property was well appointed. It had great character and charm. Our hosts made us most welcome on a very cold January the room was warm, cosy and inviting. I’d recommend the breakfast which is served in pleasant surroundings. Kay and Doug ensured our visit was memorable. There were little touches and thoughtful suggestions which made the holiday for us.

Pros: Absolutely fantastic - Fabulous room in a historic timber-framed building, lovely big tasty breakfast, extremely attentive, helpful and friendly hosts, a bath, our own dining area to eat our takeaway (they even left us plates and cutlery out). Then a look round Long Melford and Lavenham for timber-framed overload!

Lovely Stay....

Pros: A weekend stay i bought for my son and girlfriend. They said it was absolutely lovely.

Exceptional stay, beautiful house, beautiful room and exceptional hosts.

Pros: Absolutely love this property the quirkiness of it is beautiful and the facilities are exceptional. Although the room we stayed in the Deluxe King the bathroom is extremely modern and beautiful

Cons: Would have liked a long mirror in the bedroom but this is minor as there was everything else that may have been needed in there

Amazing stay

Pros: Everything. This room is our favourite one we have stayed in. Such character and the bed is massive and comfy. Lovely hosts, great breakfast, great location. It is a home from home and we will definitely come back for the third time

Cons: That we don't live closer !

Pros: Our stay was amazing! Both Doug & Kay made us feel extremely welcome and we had a brilliant time during our stay. Everything was well thought out and we would definitely look to stay again in the future. It was my partners birthday and hosts even wrote a card with a small present which I thought was a lovely little touch. Thanks again! Luke & Lauren.

Pros: Everything it was a lovely stay in such a beautiful house, the bedroom was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Doug & Kay made us very welcome. The breakfast was superb. Thank you both. we managed to catch up with family in Suffolk
