Lovely host, fab breakfast and very very comfortable!

Pros: Yvonne is the perfect host. The breakfast was amazing and she went above and beyond. It felt more like having a helpful landlady than a guesthouse host. She was so kind and helpful and the room was lovely, warm and cosy. And it was very near to where I had to get to on the Saturday morning. Perfect in every way. And the cats were the icing on the cake. I spent a very happy couple of days there.

Cons: The Wifi doesn't really work. Yvonne has done everything to try to make it work but the area is very rural. However there is a total solution and that is you can use your data from your iPhone if you want to use your laptop as there was decent 5G. Not really a problem but worth mentioning.

Very clean and comfortable with an amazing host!

Pros: Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. Yvonne was an amazing host. I was attending a wedding at Swynford Manor just around the corner and Yvonne also very kindly offered to come with me in my car to Swynford Manor and then brought my car back to her property to save on a taxi fair to the wedding. With a delicious full English breakfast the next morning! Thanks again Yvonne

friendly, peaceful and a lovely location

Pros: Breakfast was adequate for my needs, a variety of choice.

Cons: room was a little hot, however, it was a muggy night, or the duvet was probably too high tog for the time of year.

Pros: The location was excellent for my needs. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The whole of the accommodation was lovely. A nice quiet retreat.
