Pros: We loved the caravan! It had everything we needed, was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely book again.

Cons: We had 2 fridge freezers in the caravan & the communication with the company was atrocious. We were contacted on the second day about the 2nd fridge freezer just stood in the middle of the kitchen and told the owner needed access to either remove or fix it which was arranged for the Thursday & we left keys in the safe box. Sadly, it remained in the caravan for the whole of our stay and blocked part of the kitchen off so we were unable to use the dishwasher. Although I rang 3 times to chase the removal of it, I was promised constantly a phone call back and no one ever did ring! And never got an update.... Would also benefit from a washing line or clothes airer as this was the only thing missing.

Half term break away

Pros: Caravan was so clean great location on site near back so avoided too much noise. Everything you needed even noodles and swimming floats under the bed. Really looked after caravan great decking atea for when the weather is warmer, air fryer all mod cons worthing for cooking full size fridge and freezer and comfortable beds. Would recommend and 100% return if we got the opportunity. Great entertainment team funny and engaging great for kids. Keep them entertained 😀

Cons: The site was a little limited for food choice just a pizza take out and food in the entertainment area which was very expensive and limited choice but fine if you stock up on bits before you go that you can just put in oven. They do have a small shop for basics. No passes included we paid extra which we did know and they were not too bad considering we were peak time but factor that into your cost it waa £25 per adult and £20 for my eldest for 4 days didn'tpay foe my 3 year old. The entertainment was great for the kids they enjoyed it. So for us worth it.

Cons: There was everything you could possibly need. We would definitely come back again as we have family that live very close by. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Perfect stay

Pros: Perfect location, quiet and secluded with lots of private space. Accommodation 5 star. Use of bbq was a bonus.

Very clean and enjoyable.

Pros: The kitchen was very nice and clean and the balcony area outside was nice to sit at.

Cons: It had a 2nd mattress ontop of the main double bed which meant it was very wobbly. That we didn’t have the correct WiFi details but the owner contacted us to give us the correct information within a timely manner or reporting it not working.

Pros: A superb lodge located in an excellent position. Well equipped and very comfortable. Cleaned to a high standard. The best, thank you.

Cons: Only a very minor item. The stacked mattresses in the main bedroom were a little strange and a bit awkward to manoeuvre.
