A lovely place where we hope to go again

Pros: We had a lovely stay, it was cosy, clean and was well presented. The host was helpful and sent good communication regarding our stay. The home was in a secluded spot but also near things. It was convenient for where we wanted to go

Pros: A cosy wee place to stay, and handy for visiting the family, who live in Boreham, will be booking again for August next year .

Great location and superb facilities and space.

Pros: Excellent layout, plenty space and modern facilities. A couple of nice touches with the biscuits and the modern kitchen facilities.

Cons: Noise from the busy road when windows open, was the only issue. Could do with a fan possibly? However it won’t stop me staying there again.

It was an excellent base to visit all the places in Essex in our plans.

Pros: Property had everything one would expect of a self-catering premises.

Cons: Usually self-catering places have a folder of useful information about the property, and the neighbourhood. We didn't find such a thing. Property is close to a very busy dual carriageway road, albeit separated by a fence. Nevertheless on sunny days with windows open there was quite a background noise.

Pros: Lovely stay. Close proximity to shops and also very private! Loved it 🥰🥰

Comfy, cosy and hassle free

Pros: nice touchers like tea, coffee and some welcome snacks were provided. Very clean and comfy, super easy and Kaye was extremely helpful

First Guest Over The Moon 🌙

Pros: Me and my partner came here for a full week, absolutely loved that it's a one bedroom house all to yourself. Perfect size for two 😆. I would definitely recommend. Perfect location, comfortable bed. Facilities were amazing. All in all I will definitely be returning. Landlady was brilliant, spoke with good manners very polite and was very welcoming and she was always alert if we needed anything. Couldn't ask for more Perfect property. Thank you for having us and have a happy new year and a lovely Christmas hope to see you again 😊

I would stay here again.

Pros: Everything was in working order. The clothes washer worked well and wasn't too loud. The oven and stove top worked well. There was a good 12\

Cons: Nothing about the place itself. That was all good. If you have to have the windows open at night (it was hotter than usual for July), you can hear the highway traffic. I always bring ear plugs anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me. With the windows closed, it was fine. (If you live in a quiet area, you'll probably notice it.)
