Lovely little cottage presented well in great location and easy access to the Suffolk coast.

Pros: Just in the location we needed and good value in comparison to many other options nearby. Leiston is a great base for our future trips to Suffolk. Thank you.

Cons: Bathroom and stairs where a little messy and needed a clean when we arrived. We felt the stairs where a little precarious for our 4 year old daughter when leaving the bathroom there is a immediate drop and could easily be an accident. It could ideally do with a more pronounced banister post or hand rail. We may have got used to it but it made us a little wary. Parking is a little tight on the road for a average sized car.
