An enjoyable stay in a central location from which to explore East Suffolk

Pros: Private garden area to relax in at the end of a busy day. Good parking.

Cons: Minor niggles only: the place is clean but could do with a deep clean. One of the showers wasn’t getting very warm. No sieve/colander or spoon with holes so if you’re cooking pasta you might want to take one! ☺️

Great location, quality and real value for money

Pros: We choose the Art room partly for its proximity to local tourist spots and the coast and also for is quiet neighbourhood. The location was central to everything we did, the property was warm, quiet and is obviously well maintained.

Cons: Not a lot

On entrance we loved the property and decor. Unfortunately, it could have been cleaner

Pros: Lovely modern decor, heating was on and cosy and the Christmas decs were a nice touch.

Cons: Although given the address of Waterloo road, it was hard to find as the road is long, signage would have helped. The shower screens were filthy and black gunk around the shower door in the main bathroom. Also the wine glasses were pretty disgusting, it didn’t take us long to clean them, but you would assume they would have been clean initially. Saw a game of scrabble in the cupboard, went to play it but there were no letter tiles 🥴🥴

Pros: Spacious and two bathrooms, good facilities. Perfect location and communication and directions accurate cocnsistent and timely. Lovely decor and light.

Cons: Cupboards generally cluttered untidy so hard to store luggage and bags out of sight. Inside of the drawers needed a wipe and door handles and those areas dirty. Attention to cleanliness at high touch areas needed and would have expected better especially as high cleaning fee charged, these clearly had not been cleaned or even wiped. En suite needs re sealing and some attention cleanliness wise. Pillows not the best quality and uncomfortable.

Pros: Quirky property, thoughtfully decorated and excellent layout

Very nice stay in quiet non touristy village.

Pros: Very quiet location. Bright airy property, well laid out. Quirky art work. Very comfy beds. Clean. Good information.

Cons: Maybe a few more dishwasher tablets and cloths for cleaning. Toilet cleaner would have been good. Longer handled toilet brush in main bathroom. Wooden spoons for cooking. A colander. Better frying pans.

Pros: Very nice place to stay. Spacious, clean, comfortable, very kind staff and excellent location

Pros: Interior of property finished to a very standard. Had everything we needed, record player was a bonus.

Cons: Nothing that we didn't like.

A gem

Pros: The house was stylish and super clean. It was well equipped and comfortable It was in a good location close to the town centre .Aldeburgh was just a few minutes away by car We visited as a party of 5 and we found the house was plenty big enough for us all Having 2 bathrooms was very handy

Cons: It was excellent so nothing to dislike
