Perfect for our stay

Pros: An easy walk into Orford & good selection of local pubs and restaurants nearby. Very quiet location and very well appointed house. The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms worked well

Great property, beautiful village, would definitely go again.

Pros: Great property in a beautiful village. Perfect for our trip….Dog friendly, clean, well equipped, would definitely stay again.

Cons: Nit picking here!…Rules of property said no pets upstairs but no stair gate provided. We did bring our own but did not fit the stairs as they were too narrow but managed to put the gate up in the hallway next to the stairs.

Very well presented property which had everything we needed.

Pros: Good location. Well equipped. The fans in each bedroom was a welcome addition

Cons: The tv constantly went onto incorrect HTMI which was frustrating Seating in conservatory & especially the lounge could have been more comfortable

Pros: Lovely spacious modern house with large conservatory and beautiful private garden. Easy walking distance to village and quay.

Cons: No criticisms. Loved it. (A few more appliance instructions would have saved us a few minutes. There was a small nespresso machine, but no pods).

A gem of a place

Pros: Comfortable, warm home with everything you need for self-catering, lots of room for everyone, including our pets. Good wifi, nice and peaceful.There is also a small general store very close by

Cons: Not close enough to supermarkets and leisure centres

Very relaxing had a most lovely time. House warm and able to have a fire.

Pros: Comfortable. Clean, though evidence of ? Dog. Had everything we needed.

Cons: Spacious house and lovely garden. Very well equipped. Lovely welcome pack. Central for us.

Really well presented 3 bedroom property with parking good location. Would recommend & return.

Pros: Location good . Property excellent decor & well maintained. Would be great when weather better as garden etc very pleasant & secure. Only suggestion there did not seem to be a teapot several coffee making devices so might be useful for longer stay. Would recommend . Communication helpful & welcome pack a nice touch.
