Great family weekend

Pros: House was in a great location, close to the beach and local shops. Kitchen contained everything we needed to cook family meals. Bedrooms were all a good size.Contact with owner was great with all questions answered quickly.Dog friendly which is important to us and was one of the main reasons we picked this property over others.

Cons: I did not dislike anything about the property but maybe for the summer it would be nice to be able to sit in the garden which needs some TLC.

Perfect property for a big family getaway at Southend-on-sea

Pros: The host was very easy to contact and on hand to answer questions on arrival. The house was a pefect base for us, very close to everwhere we wanted to go. Food/restaurants/shops galore and the sea virtually on your doorstep. Great that we could park right outside too!

Pros: The house was exactly what we needed as a family staying for a wedding in the area (7 adults). There's one double bedroom downstairs and the other three rooms upstairs (two double, one single). The stairs themselves are quite slim so might not be suitable for anyone who struggles with mobility. Overall very happy with the price we paid and the house itself, no issues checking in and a good find close to the beach.

Cons: Only criticism is the lack of towels, which was mentioned in other reviews so we were aware before we arrived. There's one per room and they're quite small, so would recommend bringing your own.

Very enjoyable stay, the property was clean and had everything we needed provided.

Pros: The house was perfect and provided everything we needed, we were very pleased.

Cons: There was one major drawback and that was the disgusting garden. There was rotting bits of food everywhere and thistle/prickly weeds preventing my dogs from walking on them. The garden was so bad even my dogs didn't want to toilet out there. Seriously though my dogs could have eaten some of the mouldy food and become ill, this garden was disgusting.

Pros: The property was in a prime location, clean,all facilities, good,hosts fantastic,can't ask for more information terms value for money.

Pros: The property is a good location, just off the sea front. Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and tidy upon arrival. Bathroom had a good shower/bath, plenty of hot water which was great. Large tv in the living room and one in the bedroom. Lots of home comforts to make the stay pleasurable and easier. WiFi was good throughout and parking permits provided by our host Amit was appreciated.

Cons: The property wasn’t bad at all, perhaps just a Tv in each room and more accessible plug socks but minor things, overall was great. Amit was always available and sorted issues with ease.

We are all comfortable and the house is clean and tidy.It’s recommendable.

Pros: Clean , quiet and accessible to seaside.Our stay was comfortable like our own home.

Cons: I can’t think of anything because we only stay for one night.

Pros: so much space very clean comfortable beds, supplied with everything need very happy will stay again :)
