Great apartment in a great location.

Pros: Great apartment in the heart of Ligh-On-Sea. Really spacious and well equipped, with two very large roof terraces. The owner Nigel was fantastic and very accommodating.

Very relaxing

Pros: Fabulous apartment with great views. Very comfortable and located in town so very convenient. We used 'Just Park' for the week and parked on a drive 5 minutes walk away and it cost approx £25.

Beautiful apartment great location

Pros: The apartment is beautiful as are the terraces. Nice to have the tea coffee milk and wine on arrival. Great location with lovely shops and restaurants on the doorstep and a short walk to the beach. Me and my aunty loved it. There is also a beautiful dog bed provided.

Cons: Nothing ot was perfect. Even the three flights of stairs were just good exercise

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Pros: The property was very spacious, very tidy and well looked after. Had 2 lovely roof terrace and the host is always on hand if needed. Lovely welcome drink left for our arrival. Large bed and very comfortable

I couldn't fault it. Wonderful stay.

Pros: Very close to lovely restaurants and shops - and the sea. Wonderfully clean. Beautiful apartment with two terraces. Helpful and responsive host.

Cons: As the description of the apartment clearly states, there are 3 flights of stairs to reach the front door and no lift. Not a problem for us but I can imagine others might not like that.
