This modern Golf & Spa Resort is set in 120 acres of parkland, located just off the A12 road, at the gateway to Suffolk’s Heritage Coastline and only 10 miles from Ipswich. Good service great value for money would definitely recommend to friends.

Pros: Good food choices for dinner and breakfast quick dinner service staff very attentive.

Cons: Coffee machine didn’t appear to work and no hot chocolate option. Orange juice had run out

Fabulous value for money, lovely hotel, great food and staff, the perfect location for explorSuffolk

Pros: The staff are young but very helpful and friendly. Rooms are spotless and comfortable with everything you need. Buffet breakfast is really good. Really enjoyed my daily walk around the golf course on the 'trim trail'

Cons: There was a constant queue for the coffee machine in the morning, it would be so helpful to have pots of coffee and hot water available for tea available on the table. You had to decide on if your breakfast gets cold or your coffee while you go to the buffet! Also the spa changing rooms desperately need an update, but pool and jacuzzi are lovely.

Highly recommend- great food and stay!!

Pros: Great sized room, very clean. Facilities, although slightly dated, were very good (free access to spa facilities)

Cons: Limited staff members at times and breakfast time felt chaotic with tables not cleaned, set, drink stations not attended to

Pros: It was all generally first rate. I only have one complaint. Members of my family also booked the night of the 26th December. We totalled 16. (we were celebrating my wife's 80th birthday) I booked a table in the restaurant for 16. The meal and service was also excellent. However, when my my wife and I checked out on the 28th we were very surprised that our bill didn't include a charge for this meal. We are still waiting for this. I have called Reception every day since (excl Christmas Day) chasing this. I have also emailed your Restaurant Supervisor. All with no effect. I would appreciate it if you could expedite. Is there anything

Perfect stay for one night with a family group

Pros: Nice rooms with everything you needed. Good bar area and evening meal in the restaurant was fine. Pleasant chill out area although we didn’t use it as we were a large party

Cons: The heating wasn’t on in the room so was fairly cold
