Pros: Breakfast was great. Room was clean. Shower was very powerful.

Cons: Unfortunately television didn't work. I was only there 2 nights and reported it as I left. Didn't spoil my stay.

A welcoming family run pub with simple, comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Stayed in a ecopod with en suite shower and toilet. Bed was comfortable, shower OK. Ideal for a good nights sleep after a long days cycling. The food in the pub was good, especially the home cooked (proper) pie. Welcoming family run establishment.

Cons: Area around pod could have been tidier and a little sewage smell when toilet flushed, but these are very minor points.

Pros: Location was perfect for us visiting a relative in Leiston. Very quiet and convenient. Spotless inside and plenty of room for us and our dog. Beds comfortable and we had plenty of towels, tea and coffee. Breakfast (choice, standard and quantity) was superb. Hosts were welcoming and polite. Only stayed one night but could not fault anything. Great value for money. Will be back.

Pros: Cheap and cheerful only stayed 1 night was at a music festival at Saxmundham most of the day I would book again if I'm in the area

Lovely

Pros: The chalets and eco lodges were comfortable and well equipped for a nights stay in a lovely quiet area, great bar on-site with the added bonus of breakfast included and what a lovely breakfast, great choice and piping hot with lots of extras.

Cons: It was all good.
