The Bull Inn

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and helped us immediately with an query we had. So quiet considering its right next to a main road. Beautiful decor and atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Pros: Lovely place finished to a high spec. Room super clean and loved the tea/coffee offerings. Friendly check in and easy to find, park, etc! We had a GREAT meal too, it was a really delicious valentines menu.

Cons: The waitresses were very polite and nice but sometimes a bit slow and drinks took a little while.

Pros: Really nice place to stay with friendly staff, the room was nice and spacious with a large bathroom. Plenty of parking and a nice riverside walk nearby. Good food, we ate in the restaurant one night, and the breakfasts were lovely. The bar area was very welcoming and a nice place to enjoy food and drink. Lovely outside areas with string lights and a nice courtyard.

Cons: Unfortunately, the room was a bit on the cold side, the radiator was barely warm and the mattress was a bit on the hard side for us. Strangely the toiletries for the bath and shower were fixed to the wall at the shower end of the bath, so if you were taking a bath you couldn't reach any of them, they need moving to the middle or just have free standing mini size products! We did ask for more teabags for the room, via reception which we didn't get.

Pros: Really efficient and helpful staff. Sorry, didn't catch his name but the south african guy was really helpful and customer focused.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, good food!

Pros: Beautiful room, with a huge bed and great bathroom with walk in shower. Staff were very freindly. I only ate in the Pub and the Ham egg and chips were very good and the deserts looked good but i didnt partake. WIfi worked well and i was able to sit and work in teh pub with no issues. Even had a happy hour on for food and drink.

Cons: Quite close to a main road but it was minimal noise as they have double glazed windows, so not a lot to dislike.

Good choice if travelling, cosy pub.

Pros: Fish pie was excellent, warm and friendly welcome, good tea and coffee in room, nice hot shower.

Pros: Lovely atmosphere, our room was incredibly comfortable and very clean. Every single detail was thought of in the room, we loved the decor. We had a luxurious and relaxing experience, exactly what we needed! The food was delicious with quality ingredients. We will be back!
