Family visit

Pros: Quirky property in a handy location for our visit. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Comfortable bar area and food was excellent.

Lovely country pub with great original menu

Pros: Very quaint pub and inn. The food was amazing for dinner and breakfast. A very happy surprise as the menu was definitely gastropub over traditional pub fare. The hosts and staff were very friendly and attentive.

Cons: Nothing to note here.

Lovely quiet location and we seemed to be 10 minutes from everything we wanted to do!😜

Pros: Room was spotlessly clean and staff very obliging.

Cons: Very busy valentines meal which was excellent, but staff seemed a little disorganised, perhaps lack of experience. This in no way spoilt our experience and the food was good.

A good pub sleepover.

Pros: Well situated for Cambridge. The pub is homely and serves perfectly good food.

Cons: The room requires some gymnastics to get in and out of the bed without bumping into the radiator or wall! It’s fine but only for the agile. I’m not a fan of memory foam but again it’s perfectly ok.

Pros: Fabulous and very friendly pub with great food and lovely locals. I had the garden cabin and it was so quiet and spotlessly clean and brilliant. The food is amazing here and reasonably priced too. What a find!

Short stay for a wedding near by.

Pros: I was lucky enough to have a cabin with an outside patio. The room was comfortable the shower hot and the hair dryer was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful, good food. if I had the Cabin I would definitely stay again

Cons: no room for a comfy chair and the only mirror to dry your hair was part of a clock ,it would be much better if they removed the clock and put a mirror there near the power point to help with drying hair I managed.,
