Fabulous apartment in great location

Good - recommend

Pros: Very smooth and very good apartment on the edge of the centre of Cambridge. This is the Millworks area that has a semi rural feel, while being a short stroll to the city centre through fens (via a well surfaced path). The apartment is spacious, clean, comfortable, and has everything one needs for a short- or medium-stay. Easy, efficient, and quick communication with the managing team. 'Hidden' parking (à la James Bond - you wouldn't bet there is a parking, right there- a bit like the Cambridge Colleges, you have all these surprising discoveries behind walls, gates, or around corners) with plenty of space. They offer discounts at the local café, etc.

Cons: Really not much to dislike. Pushing it, the view of the ponds is at an angle and you really want to go to the window to enjoy it (not a problem, but it is probably better to be warned beforehand, so, here you go). Prices are not cheap, but that is a general feature of Cambridge, London, and so on. That is well in the normal range for the place and quality of the apartment. If you want a cheaper option, you can probably find it compromising on what you get. I'd happily recommend the apartment and service.

Returning to Cambridge after 30 years, to areas I played in as a student. This location is perfect.

Pros: A perfect spot. Could not be improved on. Parking an absolute dream, beside a weeping willow. Good art everywhere in stairwells. Great instruction for ease of entry. Just loved it all.
