Superb Central Apt River Views & Parking

Very comfortable stay in excellent location

Pros: The studio apartment was beautifully presented, very clean, and in a wonderful location. Communication with the host was very thorough and all instructions were easy to follow. Little touches such as milk and olive oil sachets were very useful. And the parking is a huge bonus so close to the colleges and river.

Cons: The apartment is close to a busy road, so there is some road noise, but the location to the city centre makes up for that.

Really appreciate owner’s helps and hospitality. I highly recommend it.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and very clean place. The location is ideal, less than 10min walk to city centre. Everything in the property just met our needs, including the books and good river view which made us enjoyable staying in this lovely flat on one heavy rainy day. Property owner is incredibly helpful and responsive for our stays.

Pros: Superb location! Comfy bed, comfy sofa, we were close enough to walk into town to experience the nightlife and far away enough to be quiet and cosy. It is above a cafe, had a pub 1 minute walk away (didn't hear any noise from it) and has the best Thai restaurant literally on the doorstep. The hosts replied almost immediately and were so helpful. Absolutely fantastic, we will be staying here often!

Pros: The quality of the room and the view over the mill Pond - one of the most prettiest views in Cambridge. The shower room with inderfloor heating was brilliant. The parking space and cafe downstairs were both welcome too.

Pros: Effectively new throughout. Great view of the Cam. Max 15 min walk to anywhere of interest. Secure parking.

Cons: All good. Maybe a little noise but no more than you would expect for a city centre.

Pros: The whole package was exactly what we were looking for. It would be very hard to find fault with this superb apartment and its location. I can't think of anything that would improve it!

Pros: Great location with a lovely view of the water, clean and modern facilities with its own character, very comfortable flat. And parking which was great.

Cons: Some traffic noise at peak times but this was not a problem for us

Perfect for a weekend exploring Cambridge

Pros: Amazing little studio in a great location - easy walk into the city centre. Super clean and comfortable.

Cons: Only downsides were the blinds on the windows let in the light so impossible to sleep in past sunrise (take an eye mask!). And it can be quite noisy outside when coffee shop below opens or pub next door closes.
