Clean and comfortable

Pros: Great location. Great food. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Our room on the ground floor had a small double bed but after speaking to staff we were moved immediately upstairs

Pros: Location as I have family that live very near, so very convenient .

Cons: Bathroom shower needs none slip mat for disabled

It was a lovely stay, staff were always helpful and friendly. I would stay again!

Pros: The location was lovely and wasn’t busy easy to get to and find Staff were all very friendly and helpful from the moment we got there till we left. Food was nice I liked the selection of teas, cereals and baked items. The bed was very comfortable slept very good and the rooms are very spacious which was lovely for the family and twin room. It was not noisy could not hear other visitors. Other than the toilet situation in one of the rooms the bathroom and rooms were clean. I liked the biscuit and tea they provided for the room but it was not topped up for our arrival.

Cons: One of the two rooms the toilet had not been cleaned and my brother found urine in the toilet the moment he entered his room. I did think the food would be a different selection but that was just my preference I didn’t like the fruit was exposed I like fruit but as it was I didn’t want to take it as it did not have a cover.

Pros: Excellent location. Comfortable and relaxing. Our room had sea view

Cons: All good, but maybe a few more comfy chairs around the bar area, but certainly not a criticism

Pros: Everything, the views, its close to beach. Friendly staff, varied range of menu & drinks.

Cons: Only criticism is tv signal issue at times.

Will definitely be using the hotel again as it’s near to where our friends have moved to.

Pros: Excellent position right on the sea front. The staff were lovely very friendly. Food was very good.

Cons: In our room when we first went in, the toilet was dirty and hadn’t been flushed.

Pros: Quiet and friendly hotel. The food was good. Great location. You could walk to the town centre or get a bus. Right next to the beach.

Cons: When the bar is busy it can be a bit awkward getting to the stair.

Pros: I received a call to confirm our booking,unexpected. Friendly,smile when booking in and told us where our room was. Good service at the bar then excellent evening food and breakfast in the morning.

Cons: Would have liked a bath in the room but never mind no big dramas. Room was cold on arriving but again no dramas.

I will come again.

Pros: We liked the location and the afternoon tea was excellent but more importantly the staff understand what good customer service is.
