We Would Stay again, Enjoyed Our Stay

Pros: Great Sea View, Best Breakfast Ever. Room Very Big And Warm

Cons: The Entrance Door Made A Load Bang When Ever Some One Came In, OUR Room Was Next To It , Only Thing

Pros: The room was very spacious with high ceilings, giving a comfortable and open feel. The sea-facing view was beautiful. Although the property is located by the roadside, it was not overly noisy overall. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming.

Cons: The room is located above a bar, and low-frequency music noise continued until around 11:30 pm. Fortunately, my child and I tend to sleep later, so it was manageable for us, but it may not be suitable for guests who prefer an early night or are sensitive to noise. The hot water supply in the bathroom was unstable and took some time to warm up. Parking is on-street. The hotel’s designated parking areas are on the roads on either side of the property, but availability is not guaranteed. In practice, it was often easier to find a space on the road opposite the hotel

Well deserved break

Pros: Big rooms, great breakfast and extremely helpful, polite and happy staff. Hotel situated close to all amenities required, pubs, restaurants, take aways, beach etc.

Cons: One little niggle which only affects this time of year (winter), there's no heating in the bathroom.

Pros: The staff is very friendly the breakfast was delicious

Pros: The staff were brilliant and couldn’t have been more helpful the whole time we stayed, we were here for a function and everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable :) the room was huge I’d definitely book again

Would definitely stay here again perfect for families with children

Pros: Our room was so spacious and had a lovely corner sofa and beautiful view of the sea

Cons: You can imagine that this location would have been very grand back in the day & the place to stay in the Clacton. The furniture was comfortable but slightly basic for the grand sea view bedroom.

Seaview

Pros: Great breakfast to start the day after a comfortable night's sleep. Pleasant, happy and helpful staff. Seafront views and close to all amenities required for your stay.

Cons: N/A

Pros: E veryone was always very cheerful and helpful. Breakfast good. Sunday was extra special they have a restaurant called the box. Food was delicious especially the Yorkshire pudding wrap . Full of roast pork roast potatoes broccoli and stuffing with a pot of gravy.
